ISAA is a Philadelphia based organization that focuses on providing middle and high school youths educational enrichment, athletic development and personal growth skills. The organization had a website that was showing its age and a webmaster who stopped updating the site. At JX2 Development, that will never happen. ISAA remains a strong partner.
