Bigger iPhone?

This past week there were rumors that a bigger 5.5 inch iPhone is coming this Fall along with a 4.7 inch model.  The current 5s size screen is 4 inches.

Would you buy a bigger iPhone?

I would, though I need to see and hold the 5.5 inch iPhone before committing to it.  Why would I prefer a larger phone?

The iPhone has quickly become my primary device for internet use.  Even though I am sitting at a table typing this from a laptop, I find this to be a rare occurrence these days.

Outside of work, I spend a good 90% of my internet time on my 4 inch iPhone.  Sometimes I’ll grab my iPad if I know I’ll be doing something more involved like watching my brackets get busted on the first day of the NCAA tourney.

I welcome the idea of a larger iPhone as long as it remains light weight and fits well in my pocket.  We shall see hopefully in September.

What iPhone 6 would you purchase?  Leave a comment at let us know your thoughts.

  1. Slightly larger 4.7 inch model
  2. Even larger 5.5 inch model
  3. You are in denial and will be happy with the current size 4 inch model
  4. You hate Apple and refuse to join the party
